
If you are looking for the perfect sweet and salty dessert…this is it! This is such a beautiful and decadent tart that is so worth the time you put into it.
I LOVE flaky sea salt and put it on just about anything, so when I saw this tart I knew I would love it. This recipe is from Bon Appétit magazine, however I only follow their recipe for the crust and the ganache. I personally love using a different caramel that is actually from my ‘Sea Salt ice cream with Caramel Ribbons’ post. I do like the caramel that is in the original recipe, but I prefer to use this caramel because I think it has a better taste and texture.
This tart is perfect for any season, any occasion and will impress anyone you serve it to! I really hope you all try this recipe out! It’s so worth the effort and is so satisfying when you see the finished product.
