If you haven’t figured it out by now, cookies are my favorite desserts. I always crave a freshly baked cookie so naturally it’s the thing I bake the most. Cookies are one of those desserts that can either be extremely simple or complex and technical…..Either way they will be delicious.
These cookie are simple to make, yet have a option for something more technical (if that’s what you’re looking for.) The dough is very straight forward and can be made in just a few minutes…. However if you’d like to learn a new technique or try something new I highly suggest caramelizing your own white chocolate. It’s honestly not hard but it does take some time.
Below I have linked the cookie recipe as well as an at home caramelized white chocolate recipe. If you choose not to make it at home simple buy your own caramelized white chocolate or just use regular white chocolate.
