I’ve been baking professionally since 2017 and launched Jaime’s Bakes in 2020 with a mission to create cakes that are as beautiful as they are delicious—because every occasion deserves something special!
My love for baking began during my first year of college while working at a local bakery. That experience sparked my passion, and I’ve since carried those lessons into Jaime’s Bakes, blending artistry with unique, locally sourced ingredients to craft unforgettable flavor combinations.
A few of my favorite things: my son Ford, my cat Chester, vinegar (yes, really!), ballet classes, pomegranates, fly fishing, and this perfect quote from Julia Child—“A party without cake is just a meeting.” ♥️
